Obituary of Gene Edward Ross

Mr. Gene Edward Ross, 77 ,of Winter Haven, Florida passed away December 10, 2021 at decedent's home in Winter Haven, Florida. He was born on November 13, 1944 in Wayne , West Virginia to Charles and Faye Ross. Gene is a veteran of the United States Airforce, and a retired Pipefitter and chaplain for General Motors. 

Mr. Ross was a life long member of Centerburg Church of God located in Centerburg, Ohio. Mr. Ross loved witnessing to others about Jesus Christ, playing pool, playing chess, browsing garage sales and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Mr. Gene Ross is survived by his wife of 57 years Judy Ross; Daughters - Shelly Walters and Gina Tinnermann; Son - Jeff (Cherie) Ross; Siblings - Dennis (Wanda) Ross, Roger Ross, William Ross , Dianne Naomi Napier , Dwayne Ross , Mark Ross , Donna Lillie , Kathy Ellis , Belinda Verelli , Carolyn Pennington , Angela Miller , Theresa Ross, and Laura (Tim) Molletta; with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Daughter - Melissa Ross; Parents -Faye Ross , Charles Ross , Sisters: Brenda, Crystal, Joyce; and a brother- Dwight Ross.

The family will receive friends at Kersey Funeral Home on December 18, 2021 from 12:30PM - 1:30PM. Funeral services will be at 1:30PM on December 18, 2021 at Kersey Funeral Home.
