Obituary of Lisa Loraine Pynes

Mrs. Lisa Loraine Pynes, age 63 a resident of Auburndale passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. Mrs. Pynes was born February 25, 1958 in Winter Haven to Ralph Winnifred and Edith Neil (Smith) DeBarry. She was a lifetime resident of Polk County, graduated from Auburndale High School Class of 1976 and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Auburndale. Lisa was a Judicial Assistant for the State of Florida Court System. She enjoyed cooking, baking, fishing, going to the beach and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepdaughter – Tammy and father-in-law – Irvin. Lisa is survived by her loving family, husband of 43 years – Gary Pynes of Auburndale; son – Jamey (Christina) Pynes of Lakeland; daughter – Jessica (James) Brown of Auburndale; brother – Reed DeBarry of Auburndale; sister – Denise (Jesse) Chambers of Jacksonville; mother-in-law – Jeanette Fillman of Auburndale and 3 grandsons – Sutton, Emmett & Tyler. Funeral service will be 12:00pm Tuesday, December 14th with visitation beginning at 11:00am at Kersey Funeral Home. Interment will following at Auburndale Memorial Park.
