Obituary of Eugene William Lindacher

Eugene William Lindacher, 86, passed away peacefully in Florida on 10/18/21. He was born in Floral Park, NY, graduated from Rutgers University, and served in the US Army Counterintelligence. He worked for New Jersey Bell Telephone, First National Bank of South Jersey (Boardwalk) Bank as a trust officer (estate planner), and lastly Prudential Insurance. He was a member of the Exchange Club, Nor-Lin Lions Club, and a Master Mason. In his 30+ years in Linwood he was actively involved in Central United Methodist Church and then retired 20+ years in Ocean City at St Peters United Methodist Church where he volunteered at the Food Cupboard and Clothing Closet. He was a lifetime member of the Ocean City Fishing Club. He is survived by his wife Phoebe, daughter Holly and husband Charles, son John, and grandchildren Bill, Scott, Katie and Jake.

A Celebration of Life is planned for summer 2022. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Humane Society of Ocean City or St Peters United Methodist Church of Ocean City.
