Obituary of Daniel Paul Sterling

Mr. Daniel Paul Sterling, age 37 a resident of Lakeland, Florida passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at his home. Mr. Sterling was born October 17, 1983 in Albany, New York to Paul John and Margaret Mary (MacDonald) Sterling. He was a resident of Florida most of his life coming from New York. He was of the Catholic faith. He was an Assistant Superintendent in the Construction Industry with his brother. Daniel enjoyed video games, golf, music and spending time with his children & family. He was preceded in death by his mother; paternal grandfather – George G. Sterling; maternal grandparents – Richard & Patricia MacDonald and mother of his children – Alaina Campbell. Daniel is survived by his loving family, son – Seth Sterling; daughter – Aurora Sterling; father & stepmother – Paul & (Sara) Sterling; brother – Robert & (SaraJo) Sterling; sister – Sarah Jane Hannah; paternal grandmother – Katherine Sterling; stepsister – Jessica Muller; 2 nephews – Samson & Jacob and 1 niece – Elizabeth. A memorial service will be held 5:30 pm Saturday, October 16th at Kersey Funeral Home with a gathering beginning at 3:30 pm at the funeral home.
