Obituary of Polly Ann Sandusky

Mrs. Polly Ann Sandusky, age 76 a dual resident of Arcadia & Polk County passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. Mrs. Sandusky was born July 23, 1945 in Hickman, Kentucky to Jesse James and Pauline (Lawrence) Sanders. She was a homemaker, enjoyed listening to music, doing crossword puzzles and loved to cook. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband – Grady R. Sandusky, Sr.; son – Grady R. Sandusky, Jr.; 2 brothers – Bubba & Billy and 2 sisters – Tammy & Brenda. Polly is survived by her loving family, 3 sons – Gregory Sandusky of Illinois, Gary Sandusky of Virginia and Anthony (Jessica) Sandusky of Avon Park, FL.; 2 daughters – Theresa (Jeff) Root of Idaho and Lisa (Paul) Stone of Arcadia, FL.; 3 brothers – Steve (Julie) Sanders of Okeechobee, FL, Richard Sanders of Wauchula, FL. and David (Charlotte) Sanders of Alabama; sister – Mary Moore of Georgia; 14 grandchildren – Joy, Tony, Jessica, Cody, Sierra, Justin, Thomas, Stephan, Bailey, Chris, Kevin, Ryan, Dustin and Carl; 20 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 10:00 am Monday, August 9th at Auburndale Memorial Park, 1889 West Derby Avenue, Auburndale.
