Obituary of Ann Tew

Mrs. Annie Pearl O’Neal Tew, age 89 a resident of Auburndale passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 at Lakeland Regional surrounded by her family. Mrs. Tew was born in Bartow, Florida to John and Anetta (Smith) O’Neal. She was a lifetime Polk County resident, graduated from Auburndale High School Class of 1950 and a member of Lena Vista Baptist Church in Auburndale. She was a retired Bookkeeper for John Deere Heavy Equipment Company. Ann enjoyed traveling, playing cards with her friends, church and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband – William “Bill” Tew and 2 sisters – Nadine & Carolyn. Ann is survived by her loving family, 2 sons – Ronald (Jeri) Tew and Mike Tew both of Auburndale; sister – Beverly Guizior of New Hampshire; 4 grandchildren – Lisa, Michelle, Taylor & Billy; 3 great grandchildren – Mikayla, Ty & Yulie; several nieces, nephews & cousins. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, May 22nd at Lena Vista Baptist Church in Auburndale.
