Obituary of Patricia Ann Goodman

Patricia Ann Goodman, 76, of Auburndale, FL passed away peacefully on Monday, March 1st, 2021 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was born on September 25, 1944 in Polk County Florida.  Pat, fondly referred to by her friends and family, was one of three children of Aubrey Jerome Dekle and Sarah Octavia Dekle (Carroll).  During her working years, Pat was a fully vested employee of Publix Supermarkets, retiring twice from the company, who received awards for her many years of loyal service, even directly from the found of the company.  Preceded In death by her parents, Aubrey Jerome Dekle and Sarah Octavio Dekle (Carroll), she is survived by:  her brothers Jerry Dekle and his wife Kathy of North Carolina and Richard Dekle of California; her son Michael L Goodman and his wife Melissa Goodman of Lake Alfred, FL and Tracy Lucas of Turrell, AR; Pat had four grandchildren.
 
The family will receive friens from 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M.  Service at 1:00 P.M. Kersey Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
