Paul  "Ray" Phillips ,  64 , of Auburndale , Florida  passed away March 1, 2021  at Lakeland Regional Health  Lakeland , Florida . He was born on June 9, 1956  in Pontiac , Michigan  to Edgar  Phillips and Margie Bryant. "Ray" is now fishing in Heaven. He was preceded in death by his birth father, Edgar Phillips, and his mother Margie Bryant.  "Ray" is survived by his wife Mary Phillips and two son's Michael, Steven and their children.  Father, Richard Bryant and his wife Jan.  Sisters Elaine Beattie, Lorna Tucker (Bobby), Glenda Allen (Mike), Sissy Quillen (Mike).  Brother Larry Bryant.
