Obituary of Robert Wayne Kelley, Sr.

Mr. Robert Wayne Kelley, Sr., age 77 a resident of Winter Haven passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at home surrounded by family. Mr. Kelley was born April 19, 1943 in Sidney, Ohio to Stephen Albert and Geneva Hattie (Stewart) Kelley. He was a Polk County resident since the 1970’s coming from Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Robert retired from Publix Warehouse after 35 years of service. He was a member of Rose Creek Baptist Church in Franklin, NC and a charter member of Faith Baptist Church in Polk City. Robert enjoyed fishing, sitting by the river in NC, watching Western’s on TV and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers – David, Steve & Jerry and 2 sisters – Josephine & Katie. Robert is survived by his loving & devoted family, wife of 53 years – Mary Kelley of Winter Haven, FL.; son – Robert Wayne (Vicki) Kelley, Jr. of Zephyrhills, FL.; daughter – Ann Jeanette Kelley of Winter Haven, FL.; brother - William (Cathy) Kelley of San Antonio, TX. and sister – Janet Susan Kelley of Winter Haven, FL.
