Obituary of Bob Boyd

Mr. Robert (Bob) E. Boyd, 73, of Auburndale, Florida  passed away February 4, 2021 at Winter Haven Hospital. He was born on July 19, 1947 in Salem, Ohio to the late Ronald E. and Rose E. (Campbell) Boyd. He was a 25 year resident of the sunshine state. He moved to Florida from Ohio when he retired from his position as head custodian in the East Liverpool City Schools. Bob was of the Pentecostal faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers; David Boyd and John Boyd and sister Sylvia Roe.

Bob is survived by his brothers: Ronald E Boyd Jr, William C Boyd, Joseph A Boyd and Donald E Boyd, sisters; Marian Melott, Jo Ann Prinkey and Margaret Holler.

Bob was a strong and courageous man. He was loved by all that knew him both professionally and personally. Bob's zest for life carried over to those fortunate to call him brother, uncle, and friend. His courage and strength was witnessed by his family that were by his side. He will be dearly missed.
