Obituary of Dorothy Ann Williams

Mrs. Dorothy Ann Williams, age 54, a resident of Winter Haven went home to Heaven on Sunday, January 3, 2021. Mrs. Williams was born October 30, 1966 in Fremont, Michigan to Willie James and Isabelle (Ivory) Miles, Sr. Dorothy was a Winter Haven resident for 31 years coming from Georgia and a graduated from Winter Haven High School Class of 1985. She was a Sales Clerk and a member of Triumphant Brotherhood Healing Temple Church in Lakeland. Dorothy enjoyed reading, cooking, walking, helping others and loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother – Dwilla Miles and nephew – Demetrius Yancey. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 35 years – Ernest Williams, Sr. of Winter Haven; 3 sons – Timothy Haynes of Lakeland, Ernest (Amber) Williams, Jr. and Curtis Williams both of Winter Haven; daughter – Rosemarie Williams of Winter Haven; 2 brothers – Willie J. Miles of Auburndale and Tommy Miles of Winter Haven; sister – Josie Webster of New Jersey; 13 grandchildren – Adyen, Jaidn, Kaiden, Zion, Amelia, Jaris, Aluana, Laneiah, Miracle, Moriah, Shaun, Tommy and Devin; A host of nieces, nephews and extended family. A graveside service will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, January 16th at Lincoln Park Cemetery, Bennett Street & Highway 92 in Auburndale.
