Obituary of William Dudley Carlton Hardy

Mr. William Dudley Carlton Hardy, age 71 a resident of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at his home with family. Mr. Hardy was born December 7, 1947 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Willard J. and Mary Jane (Garznetti) Hardy. He was a Winter Haven resident for 20 years coming from Beacon, New York. He was a retired roofer in the construction industry. William enjoyed riding his motorcycle, his dogs, Checkers hamburgers and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew. William is survived by his loving family; 2 Daughters: Brenda Novick of Wappingers Falls, New York. Mary Jane Hardy and her husband Christopher Brewer of Wappingers Falls, New York. 2 Brothers: Bobby Hardy of Daytona, Florida. Barry Hardy of Haines City, Florida. Sister:  Debbie Hart and her husband Johnny of Wappingers Falls, New York. 3 Grandchildren:  Brooke, Nina and Michael, Jr. William’s dogs:  Charlie and Daisy.

Graveside service with military honors will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, June 4th at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
