Obituary of Doris Gloria Stein

Mrs. Doris Gloria Stein, age 79 a resident of Polk City, Florida passed away December 16, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Stein was born July 20, 1939 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Phillip Byron and Velma (Hicks) Saba. She was a Polk County resident since 2006 coming from Pennsylvania. She was a retired Lab Assistant working for Damon Clinic Laboratories now Quest for many years. Doris enjoyed thrift stores, animals, crafts, reading and music. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers – Lloyd & Robert; 2 sister-in-law’s – Evelyn & Peggy.

Doris is survived by;

3 Daughters:        Karen Asta and her husband Joe of Bridgewater, NJ

                             Susan Doebler and her husband Chuck of Chicago, IL

                             Cynthia Quinton and her husband Granville of Polk City

2 Brothers:          Phillip Saba of Connecticut

                             James Saba of Leesburg

8 Grandchildren:          Ashley, Savanna, Benjamin, Phillip, Lindsay, Megan,

                             Misty & Brant

7 Great Grandchildren

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, May 4^th at Kersey Funeral Home.
