She was born on December 23, 1948 in Winter Haven, Florida to Willie Elphine Smith and Josephine Virginia Woodard Smith. Delores is survived by: Husband: James Edward Camp , Daughters: Pamela  Lough of Lakeland and Tammy Kirkland of Citrus Springs. Brothers: Jimmy (JoAnn) Smith and Joe Smith of Winter Haven. Grandchildren: Nathan Kirkland, Cody Kirkland, Miranda Kirkland, Arianna Wade and 1 Great Grandchild.
